By accessing or using Milo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Milo.

2. Description of Service

Milo is an AI-powered personal assistant that integrates with Google services including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. The Service allows you to manage email, schedule events, and interact with your documents through natural language conversations via the web interface and WhatsApp.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages through connected accounts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Milo uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, draft emails, suggest calendar events, and perform other tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it. Milo's outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify important information independently.

6. Google Data Handling

When you connect your Google account, Milo accesses your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive data through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. You explicitly authorize this access when you grant permissions during the connection process.

We handle your Google data in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For details on how we process your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment Terms

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds may be issued at our discretion. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
